I sure don't claim to be Irish in any way, but I know a good stew when I see one. This is one of those low and slow recipes, so go ahead and cook it on Sunday as you know it is always better a day or two after. Cheers!

Corned Beef can be eaten so many ways, but I love making Reuben Sandwiches or Sliders with it! Here is an easy way to make it in the crockpot, but I will also put the oven/stove notes at the bottom if the recipe. Enjoy!

Irish Beer Bread
This bread only takes 3 ingredients! Just because I added Guinness's Beer does that make it Irish? Well yes, and I like it better than traditional Soda Bread (because its easier and I like the taste) so that's what we are making! I know you will love it too.

Lucky Charms Rice Krispie Treats
Yes, we are making these all in a 9x13 - no pot required! You can customize these Krispies however you wish by changing out the measurements of Rice Krispy cereal to Lucky charm cereal. Up to you! I did mine all with Rice Krispie cereal but have done them both ways.

Shepard's Pie (the American way)
This shepherds pie is made with ground beef instead of lamb, which is technically cottage pie, but who is counting? Regardless, you can add your choice of meat! I use easy ingredients to pull this together and in my opinion, it turns out amazing. Also, if you don't want to make your own mashed potatoes, use pre-made store bought :) Enjoy!

"Where the gold at" Margarita is named after the famous Crichton, Alabama Leprechaun out of Mobile, Alabama. You will just have to take my word for it and look up the story. However, this margarita is DELICIOUS! I hope you enjoy!
