Sheet Pan Pancakes
Sheet Pan Pancakes are the easiest way to make pancakes for a crowd without standing over the stove flipping them one at a time! This giant pancake is baked right on a sheet pan and can be customized with different toppings in sections, so everyone gets exactly what they want.

Welcome to Episode 3 of Sheet Pan Sunday!
If you love pancakes but don't love standing at the stove flipping pancake after pancake, this one is for you. These Sheet Pan Pancakes turn a simple box of complete pancake mix into a breakfast that can feed a crowd with very little effort.
The best part is how customizable they are. Divide the pancake into sections and add different toppings to each one. Make one side a McGriddle-inspired section with breakfast sausage and cheese, another with chocolate chips, and leave another section plain or add your favorite fruit. You can even let everyone choose their own toppings.
They're also great for meal prep. Bake them once, cut them into squares and reheat throughout the week for an easy grab-and-go breakfast.

💡 Tips for Success
- Use a half sheet pan. A standard half sheet pan works best for this recipe and gives you a nice, thin pancake that cooks evenly.
- Don't overmix the batter. Mix just until everything is combined for tender pancakes.
- Customize the sections. This is what makes this recipe so fun for a crowd. Make a sausage and cheese section, chocolate chip section, fruit section or whatever your family loves.
- Don't forget savory toppings. Cooked breakfast sausage and cheese give one section a McGriddle-inspired flavor that's especially good with a little maple syrup.
- Make it ahead. Cut leftover pancakes into individual portions and refrigerate them for an easy breakfast throughout the week.
- Reheat in the microwave. Heat individual pieces until warmed through, then add butter and syrup before serving.
- Watch the baking time. Depending on your oven and the thickness of the batter, your pancakes may be ready closer to 10 minutes or need the full 15.
